1990 Postmodern "Fantasy" splatter clock by Richard Birkett. Signature and date inside clock. Features a black base with a colorful splatter paint finish and found objects, such as the white clock face and coiled elements. Richard Birkett has been making clocks since 1984. Rick studied painting and sculpture at the Studio School of Spokane and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. After finishing his studies he relocated to New York City.
